HOW HEAVY ARE LOADS USUALLY?
No rule. A full-load truck can be as low as 5,000 lbs to 42,000 lbs.
DO YOU HAVE FORCED DISPATCH?
No, our logistics specialists are communicating with drivers daily to suit their needs and hours of service.
IS PRE-TRIP INSPECTION MANDATORY AND HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO IT?
Pre-trip inspections are mandatory and they have to be performed every day before the driver starts their shift. Also, a post-trip inspection needs to be done after the trip.
WHAT TYPE OF DRUG SCREENING DO YOU REQUIRE?
Per DOT rules and regulations, every driver holding a commercial driver’s license is enrolled in pre-employment drug testing and random drug testing.
CAN I HAVE A PASSENGER IN MY TRUCK?
Yes, if you are driving as a solo driver, you can have a passenger in your truck. Per company policy, the passenger can be only a person over 18 years old. Also, proper documentation needs to be signed.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING MY OWN SHOPS OR ROAD SERVICES?
No, the driver is not tasked with finding a repair shop or finding the road service for their breakdowns. The driver needs to notify the company of the issues that they are experiencing, and the maintenance team will find the nearest shop available.
